Why is it hard for some couples to get pregnant while other people get pregnant from drunken one night stands?

It just depends on when you are ovulating. Most people get more promiscuous when they are ovulating, or on their ';fertile days';. It sucks though because I know couples who struggle to get pregnant and would make great parents but end up being infertile while the trashy people out there who are horrible parents get pregnant so easy. Men are most likely to be affected by injuries, but diseases such as mumps and gonorrhea can cause male infertility.





In women, Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID) clogs the Fallopian tubes, causing infertility and ectopic pregnancies. PID is usually caused by STDS such as chlamydia.





Folklore is full of stories of couples who have been barren for years, until they adopt, and then ....

Really, sometimes I think couples cause their own difficulties when trying as they stress out about getting pregnant. This makes it more difficult to actually conceive. One night stands however, involve the heat of the moment with no stress with no stress or pressure on the couple until afterwards. heh.
Well it depends on how fertile they are, but for some reason it always happens more often when youre not expecting anything. Then when some decide its time they have a lot of trouble, who knows maybe some just have fertility problems. And dont forget on drunken nights people lose common sense and dont use any protection.
it could be the amount of stress that the person is dealling with. I have been told that if your trying to have a baby stop trying and start having fun again...then it will happen. but if they have been trying for more than 6 months I would go to the doctor just to make sure that everything is working properly
No one no that sorry...like me my 1st pregnancy it was a surprise..now my lil one is 5 so me and my fiancee r try for another one and it not happening at all just don't think about it so much just let it happen....
The people who want them, have to work hard for them, and the people who don't get pregnant in one shot. It's God's way of testing them.
i know it is crap i am trying doing everything right! sometimes i feel like if the baby wasn't planned you will conceive yet when you really want a child, you cant conceive. Hang in there!!
That's not a question people here can answer. That's just the way it is. Just like why do bad things happen to good people. It just happens.

Pregnancy often times comes down to timing...and when people aren't ';trying'; so hard to get pregnant.
It's unfortunate, but there is no real answer.


It is just the way life works.
laws of nature. cant have what you want and other people get what they don't want.
yeah that ticks me off too. I wish I had an answer....
