Can ';same-sex'; couples adopt a child in other countries?

Earlier, I asked this question for the Philippines. Is this allowed in other countries like the U.S.?Can ';same-sex'; couples adopt a child in other countries?

Gay adoption is legal in 12 countries and partially legal in a few more.

It is fully legal in Uruguay, the UK, Denmark, the Netherlands, Andorra, Belgium, Canada, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, South Africa and Spain. It is also legal in 14 US states and Guam, and the state of Western Australia and in the Australian Capital Territory.

It is partially legal (as stepchild adoption - the gay couple become the child's step parents) in Germany, Greenland, Finland and Israel and in the Australian state of Tasmania.

In quite a few other countries if one partner has a biological child the gay partner may be recognised as a step parent.
Ok, stop with the question.

You've asked this question multiple times and if you haven't found the answer you want to hear then you need to go another route.

Like how about asking the people directly involved in this. For Christ's sakes!:

Now that wasn't difficult, the time you WASTED asking on here you could've spent on google, like I did (2 mintues).
