It's a way to show affection towards one another.In a relationship why does couples kiss?
Because it feels really good, and your heart races, and blood rushes. It is just good, and you kiss someone on the lips because you love them and have strong feelings for them. I think you're not that young to not know what a kiss is. This is like a 5 year old girl question.

Couples kiss for different reasons, but yes it all comes down to feels utterly amazing.
