Why are interracial couples not as comman as couples of the same race?

I don't see why with all the options out there, there are still more couples of the same race?Why are interracial couples not as comman as couples of the same race?
1.Some are more attracted to people of their own race


2.Some feel that dating within their own race is less complicated


3.Some are raised in traditional families and tend to date and especially marry within their own race not to disappoint their parents


4.Some are close-minded and shallow and believe that people should keep to their own racesWhy are interracial couples not as comman as couples of the same race?
more number of commonalities between a couple, more compatible can the marriage be. too many differences require maturity to handle and that maturity is hardly seen in young couples. hence they tread the tried and tested path. it requires boldness and courage of conviction to stand by your marriage vows.
Not everyone feels attracted to another race. Even then who says it would make things better? People may also date outside because they want someone they can relate to This is why blacks don't date outside often. We have so many differences we can't relate to others.
Interracial happens because people be with who they want to be with, so if it's people of the same race loving then that isn't what they want?





Racial barriers still exist even if we refuse to see it.
Some people don't mind the other race, but they still wouldn't date or marry them. I find that disgusting and stupid. Interracial couples are so cute.

i think more people are subcontiously comfortable with the same race than with other races
I think this means that in general people feel the most comfortable with and attracted to people of their own race.
Alot of people are attracted to their own race.
because a lot of people want their kids to look just like them.
