Married couples working on cruise ships?

My fiancee and I are interested in working for a cruise ship. Are there any cruise lines who allow married couples to reside together while on voyage?Married couples working on cruise ships?
I am assuming that by the time you apply to a cruise line, you will be married, since you are talking about your fiancee.

While nowadays several cruise lines will let you be in the same cabin, first you need to be married (same last name helps)

Then you need to apply at the same time (as a package)

However, depending on what you apply for, there might not be a position availalbe on the same ship for both people - or at the same time. So it could well be you would end up on different ships. Or one starts earlier than the other - so your vacation time would not be in synch.

A lot depends on what you are applying for (same department with a lot of turn around is easier than if a position exists only one or two times onboard)Married couples working on cruise ships?
I'm pretty sure Royal Caribbean does.

I'd check into it though.
